Volunteers are the backbone of the Eagle Valley Land Trust. Your local Land Trust is able to accomplish its mission due to the assistance and help of a dedicated group of committed volunteers. Volunteers enable us to perform annual monitoring and inspection visits, run an efficient office, host special events, educate the public about open space and set policies that govern our organization.
The Eagle Valley Land Trust has two organized programs that recognize volunteers. The Sustaining Council assists your local Land Trust with fundraising efforts and includes significant financial investors to the organization. The Ambassadors Program assists your local Land Trust with education and outreach projects and includes those with a passion for the outdoors who are willing to donate their time to the Trust's projects, and to land conservation in general.
